Celebrating Women, Community, and Play
for a good cause

Join us this October as we gather for a bewitching Coven Experience celebrating the season and benefitting the Women’s Safe House. The diverse terrain and changing light of Lost Hill Lake will provide an ideal location for us to connect and honor the magic of nature.

60 women will spend a day connecting to our community, the land, and our inner child as we make new friends, try something new, and play dress up. Think witchy cosplay, enchantress vibes, or whatever inspires YOU! A private Facebook group will be created to share ideas and inspiration for costumes - get creative and have fun. Lost Hill Lake will provide a DIY hairstyle bar with everything you’ll need to style your locks, and makeup services by some of the region’s finest stylists and makeup artists. We will set the stage for our scenes using our many venue details and special COVEN themed props.

This experience hosted by Lost Hill Lake will also feature a Body Positivity and Awareness Workshop, Ecstatic Dance, selfie stations, and lunch as well as our professional photographers capturing poses in different spots on the property.

We invite you to escape to nature, tour our venue, celebrate women, have FUN, and experience the witchy magic of Lost Hill Lake while supporting a worthy cause.

Body Positivity Workshop + Ecstatic Dance

We will have a Body Positivity and Awareness Workshop and an ecstatic dance session led by Sara Clover. Ecstatic dance is a series of freeform movements, held in a safe space. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also recognize that we are connected to a common source.

The Women’s Safe House

Participation in the Lost Hill Lake Coven Photoshoot will raise money for The Women’s Safe House in St. Louis, MO. Their mission is to empower women and families to rebuild their lives free of domestic and sexual abuse through emergency services, education, and advocacy. Lost Hill Lake shares their vision to build a community where everyone is free from abuse. A portion of the proceeds will go to this worthwhile charity.

Hair & Make-up

Are you ready for your closeup? Our lucky models will have multiple photographers’ attention during the afternoon-long shoot. Models will have their make-up professionally done, and access to a DIY hair bar with all the must-haves for the perfect look.
