Meet the Rewild & Restore Retreat Facilitators

Meet Josh

Josh earned his XPT Coach certification in Houston’s Mechanix Gym from Master XPT Coach, Justin Singer. He completed the XPT Performance Breathing Coach certification. With two XPT certifications under his belt, he studied the Art of Breath from Brian Mackenzie, working toward the goal of doing ice baths on his own. His goal is to spread the cold therapy movement as a ripple in the pond for healing and nervous system regulation.

Meet Lunaa

Lunaa found her purpose in movement from the way we heal our bodies through performance, play to lifestyle. Her coaching journey began in 2016 with CrossFit to Olympic Lifting then functional movement and focusing on what we have with us at all times; ourselves. Lunaa’s own practice went from a physical space to a healing one. It eventually guided her into becoming a breath facilitator and contrast therapy coach to help others regulate and anchor into the best parts of themselves.

Meet Kristyn

Kristyn is a breathwork facilitator (XPT), cold exposure guide (SHERPA-certified) with a background in holistic health who helps people slow down, breathe deeper, and actually enjoy being in their bodies again. She’s currently diving deep into somatics for the female nervous system, because here’s the truth: real, lasting change doesn’t start in your mind—it starts in your body.

Meet Cody

Cody is a personal trainer, breathwork facilitator, and contrast therapy coach. He’s committed to helping people of all backgrounds create a life worth living. For Cody, mindfulness, cold, and heat are tools that help us navigate stressful situations while encouraging us to be present. According to Cody, the way we react to life’s stressors doesn’t have to be automatic or dramatic. We always have a choice in how we react and respond. Handling stress is a skill and—like all skills– must be cultivated through practice.

From guided breathwork and ice immersion to forest bathing, sauna sessions, and community connection, this retreat offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to slow down, tune in, and return to your roots—all in the serene, soul-soothing setting of our 200-acre lakeside property.

Whether you're seeking a mental reset, physical rejuvenation, or spiritual clarity, this is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to what matters most.
