The perfect locale for your bridal shower, baby shower, birthday Party, or other celebration

Our outdoor venue provides a peaceful, breezy locale for your party. Your 50 guests will love the attention to detail and the comfort of our Party Packages. (Do you have more than 50 guests? No problem! Additional guests can be added at $10 each.) Enjoy our Grove location featuring all the must-haves for a great party pad - tables and chairs, trash cans, ice, and water for your event. Events are available in 5-hour blocks, with additional hours available. This allows the first hour to be for set up, the last hour for clean up, and 3 hours of party time. Inquire about available dates.

Note: This lakefront unit has multiple levels and is positioned on the waterline, and for those reasons, we offer caution to those guests with children under 4 yrs.
No lifeguard on duty.

THE HAPPY DAYZ HOUSEBOAT

  • One queen size bed

  • One couch full bed

  • One set of twin bunks

  • One single sleeping bench

  • Can sleep 6-7 guests

  • Electricity, Heat, and Air Conditioning

  • Private outdoor restroom

  • Large covered porch with personal outdoor kitchen and lake view (cooking supplies provided)

 

Note: The Sunshine Skoolie is not handicap accessible.

THE SUNSHINE SKOOLIE

  • 1 Queen Bed

  • 4 twin beds (2 sets of bunk beds)

  • 1 sleeper sofa

  • Electricity, Heat, and Air Conditioning

  • Large covered porch with personal outdoor kitchen (cooking supplies provided)

  • Can sleep up to 7 people

  • Private outdoor restroom

 

Note: The Blue Sky Bus is not handicap accessible.

BLUE SKY BUS

  • One queen bed + 2 single beds (bunk beds)

  • Sleeps 5 -6 total

  • Full-sized couch

  • Optional additional sleeping cot

  • Mini refrigerator and a personal kitchen (cooking supplies provided)

  • Electricity, Heat, and Air Conditioning

  • Private outdoor restroom

  • Front porch + roof-top porch

  • Fold down table for eating or workspace for hair and makeup
