As we step into Pride Month, we’re reflecting with gratitude and joy on the incredible LGBTQ+ weddings we’ve had the privilege of hosting here at our forested lakeside retreat in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks.
Our venue isn’t just a pretty backdrop—it’s a place where all couples can feel seen, celebrated, and free to be themselves. We proudly welcome LGBTQ+ celebrations and have been honored to be part of many breathtaking unions over the years.

Their heartfelt vows under a canopy of trees reminded us why we do what we do. Their day, full of laughter, dancing, and a little rain magic, showed that love shines brightest when it's rooted in truth.
Kayla & Rachel: Boho Magic and Pure Joy
From barefoot walks through the woods to bold florals and emotional first looks, Kayla and Rachel’s boho-chic wedding was one for the books. Their connection lit up the entire day, and we were honored to be the canvas for their colorful, joyful celebration of love.
Allison & Sarah: A Dreamy Woodland Romance
Allison and Sarah said “I do” surrounded by towering trees, golden light, and the people who mattered most. Their forest wedding was full of personalized touches, deep love, and that undeniable spark that happens when two soulmates find their forever.
There are no words to describe the enchanting atmosphere from the tree-lined aisle to the view of the stars during the reception. The team at Lost Hill worked with us on creating custom decor and recommended vendors who are outstanding. Make sure you ask about them! We couldn't have imagined such a perfect place existed that was completely LGBTQ+ friendly and open to our ridiculous theme of rustic with Beauty and the Beast.
