Walnut Wedding Package | $5,995

Our Saturday, Walnut Wedding Package can accommodate up to 250 guests.

 

  • Access to venue for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception – 12PM to 11PM

  • Access to 200-acres of LHLE property for photos – engagement and/or day of event

  • Experienced LHLE wedding coordinator providing unlimited email communication, event rehearsal, vendor recommendations and complete day-of coordination

  • Hotel suite reserved for weekend accommodation at Budget Lodging

    • Check in on Friday at 3PM

    • Check out on Sunday at 11AM

  • Large and Small Pavilion for guests and serving. Including, tables, mixed seating and everything listed on our Venue Details page – view for pictures and measurements.

  • Shuttle or truck transportation for wedding party during on site photography

  • Luxury restroom trailer with heating and cooling – 820 Royale VIP Restroom Trailer

  • Use of 6 patio heaters or 8 large, ceiling fans for keeping guests comfortable

  • Three bonfires and one fully stocked s’more station

  • Staff to assist with all venue needs (excluding catering and bar services) including one parking attendant
