Our Friday - Sunday, Canopy Wedding Package includes your rehearsal dinner space, our six glamping accommodations, extra tent camping for Friday and Saturday night as well as time on Sunday to enjoy Lost Hill Lake with your guests. PLUS, full use of the Lost Hill Lake Décor package, our mixed vintage china and glassware, transportation shuttle from the PineMark Inn, hotel, DJ service for your ceremony and reception, and a custom bar package (up to $3,000 in service).

Friday

• Access to the lakeside gazebo or chapel as a rehearsal dinner space from 2 PM to 9:30 PM. location dependent on guest count and weather

• Lost Hill Lake provides tables, chairs, restrooms, lights, trash cans, a large grill, access to the community kitchen, ice and trash removal at the end of the night

• Lakeside access including our six glamping accommodations reserved, plus tent camping for up to 40 guests. Access to the shower house and community kitchen for campers.
  

Saturday

• Access to the venue for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception – 12 PM to 11 PM

• Access to 200 acres of LHLE property for photos – engagement and/or day of the event

• Experienced LHLE wedding coordinator providing unlimited email communication, event rehearsal walk-through, vendor recommendations, and complete day-of coordination

• Hotel suite reserved for weekend accommodation at PineMark Inn

  • Check in on Friday at 3 PM

  • Check out on Sunday at 11 AM

• Large and Small Pavilions for guests and serving. Including, tables, seating, and everything listed on our Venue Details page – view for pictures and measurements.

• Full access to the Lost Hill Lake Décor Package

• Full use of Mixed vintage china collection and glassware

• DJ service for your reception

• Custom Bar Package for your reception (up to $3,000 in service)

• Shuttle transportation for wedding party during on-site photography

• Luxury restroom trailer with heating and cooling – 820 Royale VIP Restroom Trailer

• Use of 6 patio heaters or 8 large, ceiling fans for keeping guests comfortable

• Three bonfires and one fully stocked s’more station

• Staff to assist with all venue needs (excluding catering and bar services)

• Six glamping accommodations reserved, plus space for unlimited tent camping. Access to the shower house and community kitchen for campers

Sunday

• Access to the lakeside and glamping until 11 AM, glamping check out is 11 AM.

• For breakfast, brunch, or lunch, Lost Hill Lake provides tables, chairs, restrooms, lights, trash cans, a large grill, access to the community kitchen, ice and trash removal at the end of the event

• Lake access includes the use of kayaks, paddle boards, and row boats
