From the start, Aya and Sinclair knew they wanted a celebration rooted in nature, surrounded by the people who matter most, with the freedom to shape the day in a way that felt authentic. Together, we created a custom version of our Canopy Wedding Package - keeping the ease and support of an all-inclusive experience, while opting out of on-site glamping so the package worked best for them.
Getting Ready, Together
Both Aya and Sinclair chose to get ready in Suites at the Pinemark Inn - creating a calm, shared start to the day. Later, they each spent intentional moments with close family and friends before making their way to the ceremony. These quieter pockets of time—often overlooked—became some of the most meaningful parts of the day.
A Ceremony in the Walnut Grove
As guests arrived by shuttle, they were welcomed into the forest for a ceremony in our Walnut Grove. Soft chiffon draped through the trees, natural textures lined the aisle, and the space felt warm, personal, and grounded.

Aya and Sinclair worked closely with many of our preferred vendors, creating a seamless experience from start to finish. From Sisters Floral Design’s layered arrangements to the relaxed, energetic flow guided by Hey Mr. DJ STL, each professional played a role in bringing the couple’s vision to life.
Golden Hour Moments & A Joyful Night
After the ceremony and family photos, Aya and Sinclair slipped away for sunset photos near the lakeside bridge, Thinking Rock, and even swung by the Good Vibes VW Bus glamper for some gorgeous photos. Soon after, speeches from loved ones, first dances, and a surprise family performance filled the evening with laughter and happy tears.
