A Spring Woodland Celebration for 200 Guests
Lilliana and her girls began her wedding morning in the Pinemark Inn suite, one of the most popular spaces for getting ready. With plenty of natural light, room for her closest people, and a peaceful setting just minutes from the venue, the suite set the tone for a calm, unrushed start.
The day unfolded across some of our favorite locations. The couple shared their first look near Thinking Rock, one of Lost Hill Lake’s most meaningful and scenic landmarks, before heading back toward the Walnut Grove for wedding party and family photos.
A Phone-Free Ceremony in the Walnut Grove
At 5 PM, guests gathered in the Walnut Grove for a phone-free ceremony - an intentional choice by the couple that allowed everyone to be fully present. Surrounded by mature trees and filtered sunlight, the grove created a naturally beautiful setting that needed very little added décor.
Golden Hour, Gratitude & Dinner Together
One of the most meaningful moments of the evening happened shortly after the ceremony, when Lilliana and Seth stepped back into the grove for quiet, just-married photos together. These unhurried moments— one of our Coordinator Top Tips—are something we love seeing woven into the timeline.
Dancing the Night Away
As dusk settled in, the celebration shifted into party mode. Heartfelt speeches, cake cutting, first dances, and a special mother-son dance flowed naturally into an open dance floor that stayed hopping well into the night.
With music, movement, and laughter carrying across the forest, the final hours of the evening felt joyful and easy - exactly what couples hope for when they envision a full-day wedding experience.
